| Nina's DIARY: My Family Reunion Orlando & Bahamas Day-To-Day Activities August 4th - We arrived at airport late,because at the last minute, I had to do some notary stuff. Couldn't even fix my hair, make up or anything. Not to mention the fact that my husband is not going with me. He took us to the airport and we got tiery eyes, especially the kids, when he said good-bye!. August 5th - We arrived at 6:00am in the morning and everyone not quite awake yet. By the way, the people not as friendly as in Cancun. Hey, Mexico rules! Receptive people are so friendly and hospitable. We arrived, had breakfast and immediately began to enjoy the hotel's pool! August 6th - Headed to Universal Studios with my 3 kids. Couldn't do the Mummy ride..I'm pretty scare of roller coasters, but my sons, Andrew and Matthew did it at least 3 times!!! We stayed all day long. If you come here, make sure you get the "Dream Meal Deal". The kids can eat lunch and dinner "unlimited" throughout the parks. I got the multi-park deal because we were going to be park hopping. The restaurants are okay, at least for kids. Don't expect very upscale or healthy foods. Restaurants offer what kids like and you know its not healthy...hamburgers, fried chicken, chocolate chip cookies, etc. . We got back to the hotel late and immediately headed to the jacuzzi. My son Eric gave me a "feet massage" while at the jacuzzi!! That was so nice of him, but I think he's taking his role too serious, being that his Dad is not around, his trying to take care of Mom.
